Molex Connected Enterprise Solutions uses this email address to communicate directly with you regarding the servicing of your account with us, as well as to provide you with direct electronic marketing (with your consent). We highly recommend the use of genuine, unique email addresses on your CSP account, and advise against signing up with a generic address such as “sales@”, “info@”, “contact@” etc. This is because often, generic addresses are either not monitored, or are monitored by an administrator who may not necessarily know what to do with the important communications they receive from us. We also very much discourage the use of “shared” email addresses where only one person has access to the communications, or where everyone shares the same address. In both cases, there are also security implications of providing a shared email address or using a generic one, which may result in delays and difficulties in administering your account and processing your requests.
